Marita has a Master's degree in Special Education and has taught at the elementary level for 20 years. She has 4 grandchildren who are growing up far too quickly! She loves working at Linwood Day Care in both the baby and toddler room, and sharing her love of reading and books with a whole new generation!








Dave & Allison Simmons
Ski Instructors

Mr. Dave & Ms. Allison are our beloved volunteer ski instructors.  They teach our 3-6 year old ski team.  The kids love ski practice because of these two wonderful teachers!

We are looking to hire the following positions:

SUBSTITUTE DAYCARE STAFF: (Weekend and evening also available)

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and 1 year working with children. Must be flexible and the adaptable to meet the needs of the children and our program. Have ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and the ability to maintain emotional control under stress.  Ability to routinely lift children, move furniture in an early  childhood classroom and sustain long hours of active work.  Employment is dependent upon results of a clean fingerprint record and passing the WV DHHR background check.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assist operator in correspondence with parents, assist in the creation of lesson plans, and maintain order and cleanliness in the facility. Play with the children and create a loving and positive learning environment.
